I work from home.  Which is great in some ways, but definitely not great for my waist line.  It allows me to eat more times during the day than I would if I worked in an office.  The kitchen is right there … how can I say no?

I tend to graze all day – munching on things.  Instead of eating a healthy breakfast and a healthy lunch.  My days are very busy – and I rarely make time for a normal lunch break.  Which leads to the grazing problem.

One of the benefits of Weight Watchers, for me, is I find myself to be more disciplined.  I eat at set times and never go over my points.  I’m looking forward to starting again Monday.  It will force me to take a break from my hectic day to enjoy lunch.

    I don’t work from home, but I do work across the road from a supermarket (hello afternoon chocolate fix). I just try and have some low point bars or other snacks handy 🙂

    I don’t work from home, but their are some days when I don’t have to work. anyways I eat 5 to 6 meals per day about every three hours little meals to get me to my calorie count of around 1500. Anyways I find it easier to do it this way then eat three meals because I can always have a little fix if I need it. I would suggest also to have lots of fruit and veggies in the house if you are going to snack! Snack on healthy things!!!
