A Quick Weigh In and ….

I’ve lost three pounds!  It could be the result of many things – but I’m hopeful it’s actual weight loss and not just fluctuations due to water retention / loss or anything.

Sunday is my official weigh in – but it was such a wonderful surprise to see I was down three pounds this morning.  Definitely gets the motivation levels up!
