Day 6 – Extra Points Remain

Woke up this morning not feeling so great.  Terrible head cold.  On the plus side, it meant I didn’t feel much like eating.  I ended the day with 8 points remaining – a first since being back on the plan.  But something I used to do pretty regularly.

Dinner consisted of one slice of homemade meatloaf and a green bean casserole.  Ate two chocolate covered strawberries just to get them out of the fridge.  Also had an apple with reduced fat peanut butter and a pretzel.

All in all, not a bad day.

Tomorrow it’ll be my first meal eating out on a non-cheat day.  I don’t think I ever did this on the plan last time – but it’ll be good practice.  How to eat out and still stay on target with points.  But I was invited to brunch and how can you turn that down?  You can’t!

Tomorrow is my first official weigh in.  Hoping the 3 pounds I had lost by Friday morning are still showing as gone on the scale!
