Day 7 – Save Those Points!

Day 7 was a bit of a mixed bag.  Was invited out to brunch and had to guesstimate a bit on the points totals.  I had a salad with chicken.  Only about 2 tablespoons of honey mustard dressing, but the salad did include bacon, eggs and a few (3 or 4) croutons.  I estimated the chicken was 9 points (thanks to my Weight Watchers calculator) and the salad itself was 15 points.  Hopefully I was pretty close.

Due to my uncertainty about my points for the day, I took it very easy the rest of the day:

Lunch/Dinner: Salad with Chicken

Snacks:  Carrots with 2 tablespoons fat free ranch dressing, 3 points worth of sourdough nibbler pretzel bites, a toffee ice cream bar from Weight Watchers (3 points).

Was hungry last night, but fought it.  Ended the day with 8 points remaining.

Looking forward to starting exercise tomorrow!
