Another Day – Another Two Pounds

18 Mar

I can’t believe I haven’t blogged in four days!  Things are good – I haven’t fallen off the Weight Watchers wagon or anything, I’ve just been busy.  Which is good!

Sunday was another official weigh in and I was down two pounds.  Very exciting!  I only worked out twice during the week as I was under the weather.  However, I spent a good deal of time outside gardening and tracked those activity points.

Still feeling good with my weight loss, but this time is much slower than the first time I did the plan.  I’ve lost eight pounds in the past month.  I was averaging 15 pounds per month the first time.  I know slow and steady wins the race.  I’m just eager to start feeling better.  And fitting into my old clothes.

Promise I’ll get back to blogging more.  It’s always so helpful to write things down and to hear from others who are on the same journey!

Great Job on your 8lbs! Sounds like we started at about the same time. I’m not doing WW but am counting calories and have started going to the gym again. I’m down 7 pounds. Slow and steady!
