It’s Time To Confess …

19 Jun

I suppose the time has come for a confession.

I’ve been off Weight Watchers for the better part of a week.  Granted, I still have an account.  But I’ve not tracked anything – aside from my weight – in a little over a week.

I know the why … and I know that I need to get back on the plan.  I still have goals, I still want to reach them.  I’m the same person who started this journey on February 18th – I just lost my way a little.  Being sick for three weeks certainly didn’t help.

So Friday is my next weigh in.  And I’m giving myself one more day to not watch points.  Then it’s back on track.

Has anyone else struggled like this?  I’m thankful I’ve not gained much (1 1/2 pounds) – but it has definitely been the first time I’ve experienced this type of situation.  I’d love to hear how you handle struggles in your weight loss journey and how you keep plugging through!

I wish I had the magic answer. Try on a pair of pants that you *used* to wear and then put on a pair you wear now that you’ve lost weight. That’s good motivation!
