Fourth Time’s a Charm?

9 Feb

It’s hard to believe that today I’m kicking off my fourth attempt at Weight Watchers.  And not just at Weight Watchers – but at getting back to a healthy life.

The first time I did WW – I lost 45 pounds in 3 months.

The second time I did WW – I lost 17 pounds in 3 months (much more “normal” pace).

The third time I did WW – I lost 4 pounds in a month and promptly gave up.

I’m not sure what’s different this time – but it feels different.  I also know I’ve said that before.  But I guess the proof will be in the goals I achieve.

I hope you’ll stay with me on this journey … your support, comments and feedback have always been so helpful!  And I look forward to continuing to read your blogs.
