I’m a 30-something gal who is focused on losing half of my weight.  After spending much of my youth what some would term “regular” – I’ve spent the past 10+ years at a weight that’s not healthy.

I’m not into yo-yo diets or exercising in a gym.  What has worked for me in the past – and I hope will work again now – is Weight Watchers and lots of outdoor activity.  I love walking, especially power walking.

I really enjoy cooking.  My greatest downfall has been fast food and portion control.  One of the many things I love about Weight Watchers is I can still cook meals I love.  Counting points really keeps me in line and helps me learn healthy eating habits.  Things that stay with you long term.

I’ve got a lot of weight to lose – approximately 150 pounds.  But I’m ready to make serious life changes and am looking forward to tracking my progress here!

My reward for losing the weight?  I’m going to Disney World!
